Serious Fraud Office publishes blockbuster guide to best-practice compliance
Produced last September but now made available as a free download, the SFO has published “Serious economic crime: A boardroom guide to prevention and compliance“. This 312 page production is intended to “increase the awareness of fraud and corruption, prevent them from happening, and help corporates to stay compliant”. Topics covered include chapters on:
