Facebook’s contracts with Zynga made public

Amendment to S-1 IPO filing also contains Mark Zuckerberg’s and Sheryl Sandberg’s terms of employment

One of the biggest surprises of Facebook’s S-1 filing last week (which we reported on in this post) was the importance of its relationship with Zynga, the games developer. 12% of Facebook’s revenue came from Zynga in 2011 – far more than from any other commercial relationship.

In an update to its S-1 filing with the SEC yesterday, Facebook made public its two, highly detailed, agreements with Zynga. These can be read here and here.

Facebook also filed Mark Zuckerberg’s offer letter and Sheryl Sandberg’s employment agreement, as well as Officers’ Stock Plans (here and here) and its 2011 Bonus/Retention Plan.
