Latest development in tale of AIM company’s serious accounting regularities
AIM-listed Healthcare Locums plc announced yesterday that it and three of its former directors (Kate Bleasdale, Diane Jarvis and Alan Walker) are being sued by four US institutional investors in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York in relation to the accounting regularities that saw the company restate its accounts, be suspended from AIM and consider suing former directors. The US investors:
“allege that Healthcare Locums plc and the named former directors made misrepresentations during 2010 concerning the Company’s profitability and its accounting practices”.
